The Institute for Public Policy and Good Governance is an Albanian think tank based in Tirana, Albania. Being focused in public policy and good governance issues, IPPM conducts research and promotes best practices for the good governance in public and private sector being guided from the principles of transparency and public integrity.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Corruption Perceptions Index 2013 )〕 Its primary focus consists in analyzing public finances developments in Albania and in the Southeastern Europe countries.
